Easy way to make adorable Christmas tree ornaments from paper


Looking to create Christmas ornaments to garnish your tree with this Christmas? 1. Christmas Baubles:  

Paper ornaments look attractive made out of double-sided patterned scrapbook paper.
  • Take colorful paper or card
  • Pencil, glue and stapler
  • Something circular to trace around (i.e. Glass or bangle)
  • Scissors
STEPS:
  • Make use of your glass and pencil to sketch 9 circles on your paper and cut them out correctly. The Paper that has various colors on the back and front gives a nice result.
  • Fold up all the circles in half stack circles and enfold a length of thread all the way around the stack or you just staple the stack together, once at the top and bottom, so that the stack sits right on the fold. Bend ends together at the top of bauble to safe.
  • On the next circle beside, fix glue dot about 1/3 of the way from the crop. Keep on this all the way around, alternating high and low glue dot.
  • Once you have glued all the adjacent flutters together, it looks like a bauble from the top and from the side. After that, you can connect a ribbon and hang it on your Christmas tree. 



2. Paper star:
Beautiful paper stars can be used for decorations, craft projects and gift giving. It is an effective and fun way to recycle tons of paper into something colorful and decorative. It is very easy to make.
STEPS:
  • Take paperback books and tear the pages into small rectangles.
  • Roll the rectangle papers into a cone and paste it with glue.
  • Note: Each Christmas tree ornaments uses 20 paper rolls, make a lot of rolls.
  • For the base cut, you have to make stars by heavy cardstock/ chipboard.
  • Make the hanger by using a thread.
  • Start pasting the rolls on the centre of the star and add rolls to the cervices and at last fill in between.
  • Brush the glitter white glue to the edges of the rolls.
  • And finally make a small circle by cardstock which is suitable at the centre of the star. On that circle, you can write any letter or you can write your first letter of your name and glue it at the centre.

3. Decorative striped paper ornament:
We love these adorable ornament because it looks like squashed little balls.
STEPS:
  • Cut the paper into strips and cut 9 strips of each color.
  • Then fold up the paper strips in half and twine a bead on to a length of thread and press the equal ends of thread through the needle so the thread is twiced.
  • Then push the needle through one of the circles to string it next to the bead.
  • Twine on all the paper strips close to one end, alternating colors and after all the papers strips are added, and then start threading the opposite ends on the string.
  • Take its free end and push the needle through it and put in the second paper circle.
  • Draw the needle off the thread and provide for the bead on top of the loose ends of thread, then tie both ends of thread in a join to hold the bead on next to the circle.
  • If the ornament falls a little bent, string the needle again and push both ends of thread up throughout the bottom of the bead and out throughout the top, so both ends of thread emerge.
  • Tie off a circle and hang that spaceship.
